Fulfilment & Shipping

Tomas Makes ships Worldwide from Lithuania using tracked express shipping services such as FedEx or DHL. Delivery usually takes 3–8 working days worldwide, depending on the destination and courier service.

Ready-made pieces are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Custom or pre-order items will take longer, depending on the design and current workload. The estimated timeline is noted on the product listing page, or discussed before the order is confirmed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, holidays, courier delays, or circumstances outside my control.

Delivery Inspection

All Tomas Makes orders are shipped in sealed boxes. If your package arrives visibly damaged, opened, or appears to have been repacked, please check the contents before accepting the delivery where possible.

If anything is missing or damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photos and your order details. I will review the issue and offer a suitable solution where appropriate.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other local fees may apply. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Returns

Ready-made pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging where possible.

Custom, made-to-order, or personalized pieces are usually not returnable simply because of a change of mind, as they are made specifically for you.

Return shipping costs are usually the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or the return is required by law.
