About Tomas Makes

Tomas Makes creates small-batch, custom, and made-to-order pieces. Because many items are handmade, small variations in colour, texture, shape, finish, or surface details may occur. These natural variations are part of the character of the work and are not considered defects unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Product Information

I do my best to describe and photograph each piece as accurately as possible. However, colours and textures may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and material behaviour.

Product availability, prices, and descriptions may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been received and an order confirmation has been issued.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is a stock issue, pricing error, payment problem, incorrect customer information, or any other reasonable concern.

All prices are shown at checkout. Shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, tariffs, or other local fees may apply depending on your location and are the buyer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Because custom and personalized pieces are made specifically for you, they are usually not returnable simply because of a change of mind.
